Clan Changes as of 6-10-14

Hey guys, I really want to move forward as a clan.

I've been talking to Mike and here is what we hope to accomplish in the next month.



***For everyone to learn how to attack for 3 stars in Clan Wars. It's no secret that there are a few people who aren't very experienced at attacking in Clan Wars. I want everyone to be comfortable with a strategy that can get 2-3 stars every time against their target.

I have an attacking strategy for TH 6, 7, and 8, 9 and 10. Everyone should have their army camps fully upgraded. All TH 6's should have balloons at level 3 and all TH 7's and 8's should have Dragons unlocked and upgraded as high as possible.  TH 9 and 10 should have Hogs at level 3+.

TH 6: Balloon Strategy (Requires Level 3 Balloons)

TH 7: Dragon Strategy

TH 8: Dragon Strategy

TH 9 and TH 10: Hog Rider Strategy (requires Level 3+ Hogs)

These attack strategies are by far the best at Clan Wars so we want everyone to learn the strategy associated with their Townhall.



***For everyone to have their Clan War Base properly set up. (See blog post "How to change your Base in 3 Easy Steps"



***For everyone to use BOTH of their attacks in Clan Wars NO MATTER WHAT. I, Mike, or anyone else should NOT have to remind you to use your attacks. It's exhausting managing the clan as it is.



***For everyone to be able to follow Clan War Instructions exactly. For example, not waiting until 2 hours before the Clan War is over to use your final two attacks, especially when you were assigned a target to attack.

Leadership will begin to take votes on who contributes to the clan and who doesn't. A lot of you guys are my friends, but it's very time consuming for me to babysit in Clan Wars every time. Mike got a chance to see just how challenging being a Leader is.

The Goal: The goal is for this clan to be able to run itself. Meaning that when we clan war, all I have to do is put the guide and everyone is smart enough to attack for 2-3 stars, follow clan war instructions, and have their Clan War bases set to what we advise.

Sure we'll have to get on at times to donate dragons and help each other without strategy, but if we can all learn and contribute to the clan by following the rules or tips above, the World will be a much better place.


Starting now, we will determine which of the players do not meet the criteria above and we will vote on and kick the ones who don't as of now. A lot of you are my friends but I want a group of guys who are active and help me run the clan, saving me a lot of time in the process :) Understandable right?
